Owner's Comments

We are happy to offer this beautiful ground floor unit. It has a wonderful location, being right at the forefront of all the favorite Poipu activities. It is on top of the favorite snorkeling area as well as the favorite surfing area, so there is plenty on offer here and you will feel that when you arrive.

This unit is very special. It is a unit that extends past the others, so there are view windows facing west as well. We gave it a complete makeover in 2008, and the results are amazing. We pulled no punches here as we stripped the entire unit down to it's metal studs and everything that was put back into the unit is brand new and high quality. We opened up the kitchen to the living room and removed the wall from the master bedroom out to the living room, replacing it with sliding pocket doors. All the cabinetry is custom made here in Kauai by a local woodworker, it's absolutely beautiful. Views are to the south, east and west. You can watch surfers and sea turtles as you relax on the lanai. You will enjoy the indoor/outdoor living and easy walks to the beach right out your door. We've put a lot into this place and we are happy to let you enjoy the results!
