We are happy to offer this beautiful 4th floor unit. It has a wonderful location, being right at the forefront of all the favorite Poipu activities. It is on top of the favorite snorkeling area as well as the favorite surfing area, so there is plenty on offer here and you will feel that when you arrive. We believe in this place so much that this unit became the 2nd unit we own here in Kuhio Shores. When we purchased it, it had been a long term rental and was looking pretty out-dated, but we knew it was a diamond in the rough. So we gave it a complete makeover in 2009, and the results are amazing.

We pulled no punches here as we stripped the entire unit down to it's metal studs and everything that was put back into the unit is brand new and high quality. We opened up the kitchen to the living room and removed the wall from the master bedroom out to the living room, replacing it with sliding pocket doors. All the cabinetry is custom made here in Kauai by a local woodworker, it's absolutely beautiful. Views are to the south, east and west. You can watch surfers and sea turtles as you relax on the lanai. We've put a lot into this place and we are happy to let you enjoy the results!
