Welcome to oceanfront paradise, newly remodeled with air conditioning and ocean view from all rooms! The enchanting sound of the waves, breathtaking ocean panorama, and premium amenities in condo 312 inspire many of our guests to return each year to this specific unit. It's no wonder that so many seasoned travelers find everything they ever dreamed of in Kuhio Shores 312: It's located in the closest building to the ocean in all of Poipu, so nowhere else is "oceanfront" more dramatically realized. From your lanai, you'll watch sea turtles play in the waves directly below, along with surfers shredding just offshore at PK's, one of the south shore's most popular surf spots. The waves are so exquisite, you won't believe they're real---it's as if you're watching a surfing documentary. Some of Kauai's best snorkeling is literally right next door: walk just steps over to Lawai Beach in front of the famous Beach House Restaurant, get in the water, and prepare to be dazzled. The manicured green lawns just downstairs along the waterfront are perfect for sunbathing, and especially for watching sunsets. For more fun in the sun, the sandy beaches at Poipu Beach Park / Brennecke Beach and Sheraton Beach are a mere five-minute drive from your unit.

The shops and restaurants of Kukui'ula Village are a pleasant 10-minute walk or a quick two-minute drive from your unit, and what a nice little oasis you'll find! There's plenty of shopping (including a handy gourmet market to re-stock your fridge) and all types of restaurants, from local fried shrimp and burgers to high-end, fine dining.
