Honeymoon Suite may just be the most elegant condo you will ever
stay in. Best suited for the discriminating tastes, our Honeymoon and
Anniversary couples will enjoy a showcase of craftsmanship like no other
in Poipu. Oh and our award winning design also offer something few
others in Kuhio Shores can, a spectacular "Ocean View from your King
size bed". That's right, wake up to the sights and sounds of the
beautiful blue Pacific Ocean, it's almost magical! Additionally,
180-degree coast-line to coast-line views from the lanai, and
nothing but ocean views from every room. Watch the sun set into the
ocean, and drift off to sleep each night with the sound of the
waves genially pounding at your doorstep. When only the Best
will do! -- Go ahead, Treat Yourself ...

Subj: Your condo delivered!! I could tell by your photos and all the research I did about other units that your #316 was going to be amazing.
When we opened the door it was so nice to feel all my efforts to find the ultimate condo was worth it. Attention to major detail was seen everywhere. We especially loved every light in the condo is on a dimmer switch. So, nice to have soft light. We have dimmers in all our home as well so we felt right at home.
You did a great job remodeling this unit into a high end home! Oh, and thank you for the surprise bottle of champagne in the frig with two glasses next to it.
What a nice, classy touch. Little things like that go far!!!

Aloha!
We want to say "Mahalo, mahalo, mahalo" for introducing us to your
absolutely EXQUISITE! condo at Kuhio Shores (Unit 316). We had seen
the pictures on the website, so we had an inkling of how great it was,
but when we opened the door our first night in Kauai, all we could say
was "Oh my God, oh my God!" Everything - from the light fixtures, to
the furniture, from the wainscoating and mouldings to the kitchen
appliances and bed linens, was of such high quality and so elegant it
took our breath away! We enjoyed your beautiful condo for ten days,
and we appreciated it so much that we treated it like our own
home (I found myself dusting the baseboards!).
We have referred so many people to you already! I think you've been
e-mailing with our friend Jeff Eshelman (ToyForks) and have given
your website to several of my husband's customers. By the way, Gene
will be sending you a self-addressed-stamped envelope; will you
please send us a bunch of your business cards? We ourselves will
almost certainly be re-booking with you next year. Your remodel has
made loyal fans of us!
We may also be in touch regarding your Southern California property,
as I (Valerie) am planning a girl's getaway this spring or summer.
Mahalo again - Kauai holds so many special memories for us, and your
place in Kuhio Shores has added so many more very memorable ones.

Rick and Kathy,
I don't know where to begin other than to say that I'm putting a "FOR SALE"
sign in our yard and moving to Hawaii! Your condo was so comfortable,
yet so designer and very accommodating. We spent many hours on the
balcony, what a view! Clif is a big surfer himself so it was a toss-up
between who to watch - surfer, turtles, surfers, turtles. We actually
snorkeled beside them, so much fun!
Mahalo for sharing your piece of paradise with us , we shall return!

Hi Rick & Kathy,
We had an absolutely wonderful time on our vacation. Our first trip
to Kauai will be our most memorable vacation to date. Your condo is
beautifully decorated, and the view is more than incredible! We
loved waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise.
Most evenings (when we were there) we would go sit on the rocks on
the beach below and watch the sunset. The Beach House was perfect!
It was the perfect setting for our 20th anniversary!
Dear Rick,
We are packing up to be out by 11:00 tomorrow. Please let me say again
how wonderful this unit has been. Before we came, my wife had some
misgivings about paying extra to be right "on the water." But after 11
days here, she wants to reserve the unit for same time next year!
Stand by till we figure out the dates that will work for us. While
growing up, my wife spent two weeks every summer at her family's beach
house on Mission Bay there in San Diego. The sound of the surf here at
your unit was music to her ears now that we live in Idaho.

Our review:
This is an unbelievable condo right on the water in Poipu. The
location is convenient for both the North and South shores of the
island. The condo itself is gorgeous with top of the line bedding,
beautiful well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances (there
was even an ice cream scoop and pizza cutter!), and an incredible
view. Everything was top-notch and worth the premium price when
compared to similar rooms a the Hyatt and Princeville Hotels. Both
Rick and Kathy were extremely accommodating, friendly, and
professional throughout the process. To put things in perspective,
despite being on such a beautiful island, we actually looked forward
to going home in the evenings to enjoy the condo. My wife and I
normally stay in 5-star accommodations when we travel, and this was
easily one of the best places we have stayed in over the years.
Rick and Kathy - Thanks again for letting us rent your Kuhio Shores
condo. We had such a wonderful time, and it was very hard to leave!
Sitting on the balcony watching the turtles swim, the surfers surf
and the waves crash was just perfect. And we so appreciated all the
hard work you put into designing and renovating the condo. The
sliding doors everywhere allowed the breezes to cool everything
down within 2 seconds after we got back from sightseeing, and my
wife especially loved the fact that we could get filtered water
(and crushed ice!) directly from the fridge so that we didn't
have to buy a ton of bottled water. Just perfect! We had 2
friends come over for dinner one night, and they said the
condo was nicer than their honeymoon suite at the Princeville!
